Better requires process discipline and simplification
In this role, as a Partner Delivery Manager, you will lead and facilitate partner-facing discussions to capture the end-to-end solution design and business-level requirements on standard product implementations. Solution design should include all key WU stakeholders including compliance, legal, infosec, data, settlement, treasury, operations, and other critical roles required to complete the design. You will define the clear scope with associated timelines, manage and drive the resolution of critical design and delivery issues and risks. Also, you will liaise with the platform and product engineering teams during sprint planning and execution for any custom changes. Collaboration between platform product and engineering and the partner will be required to ensure the custom build is delivered per design. Moreover, you will lead continuous improvement on the partner journey and lead key initiatives with a cross-functional team to implement at a global scale. You will provide design input into the overall Product roadmap to align with the vision of the partner journey, representing the "Voice of the Partner".
For this role, you will have significant experience in delivery and system integration including design, integration, testing, and launch. Strong management and communication skills with partner-facing experience are required. Solid technical skills in APIs and Hosted models are expected. Great organizational and time management skills with the ability to drive projects while meeting business objectives and goals.

The monthly gross base salary range is 2810 – 4780 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
