Better starts and ends with the customer
You'll be a part of the Global Fraud Claims organization and be responsible for resolving fraud claims reported by Western Union customers. Your daily tasks will include data analysis and procedure-based decision-making. The primary role will require managing written communication with customers or internal partners, and up to 10% of the workload may need an outbound call to the customer. We'll look to you to ensure that excellent quality service is always delivered. Your role will be vital in ensuring that our processes and procedures are following the Western Union compliance policy.
Here are some skills, attributes and qualifications you will have:
A high school degree is required;
Previous experience in Customer Service or equivalent would be considered a great advantage;
Attentiveness to details and analytical mindset;
Ability to follow complex procedures;
Strong verbal, written and listening skills;
Strong English language skills, both verbal and written;
Flexibility and ability to adapt to sudden changes;
Ability to manage outbound calls in a timely manner.

The monthly gross base salary range is 934 – 1475 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
