Better requires process discipline and simplification
In this position, you will assess documentation needs, develop, edit, present documents for approval, and manage the approval process. The primary focus will be on clearly transcribing processes in the documentation for Customer Service Representatives and Analysts. You will work closely with counterparts globally, as well as with Operations management in determining additional documentation needs. This includes actively recognizing procedural changes and areas of improvement. Additionally, you will manage program development, communication, and documentation for new and existing procedures, products, and services. This may include presenting current and updated processes/procedures in a training environment to impacted groups or appropriate governance groups/regulators.
Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:
3 or more years of experience in Documentation creation
Excellent English skills (speaking, reading, and writing)
Strong communication - both written and verbal with an emphasis on writing
Ability to meet and present with senior management with little guidance
Strong regulatory knowledge
Great attention to detail
Superior organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to quickly adapt to constantly changing processes
Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented
Ability to work both individually and as a team contributor
Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge
Salesforce Knowledge experience is a plus
Diploma or equivalent expertise or certification

The monthly gross base salary range is 1784 – 2880 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
