Better requires process discipline and simplification

This position is responsible for supervising a team of Quality Specialists/Analysts, forecasting staffing needs, and allocating resources to ensure timely completion of work. Developing and motivating staff to achieve Department objectives. Analysing trends and developing recommendations for business policies, capacity model, team coverage, and operational efficiencies. The setting, evaluating, and analysing of processes standards and controls regarding the Operational department processes. Promote an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion with the team to support innovation and process improvement. As well as in charge of managing or maintaining Team engagement.

This will involve a high level of communication and liaison with all areas of the business to assist in the implementation of solutions in line with key business objectives and drivers. You will be participating in defining/adjusting our Quality Program. This position is responsible for developing and motivating staff to achieve departmental objectives. Has general working knowledge of management practices, as well as solid professional and/or administrative, problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills. Executes policies that may affect the organizational unit and may coordinate activities with others outside the department as appropriate.

Ability to manage projects and supervise up to 12 employees. Ability to mentor team members. Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. In-depth knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Access.

The monthly gross base salary is from 2443 - 4104 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
