- Minimum Secondary education
- Previous experience with Customer Service or Sales
- Experience in B2B lending or factoring will be considered an advantage
- Strong written & oral communication skills
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office for Windows (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Job description
- Provide support and guidance for companies applying for business loans through phone, email, mail, chat
- Identify selling opportunities, analyze customer needs, and deliver an excellent and tailored sale experience to our clients
- Follow and implement Company policies for processing clients, anti-money laundering, compliance
- Input detailed documentation of all interactions with clients in our CRM system
- Assist with client invoicing, payment allocation, and related duties according to the Company’s policies
- Work closely with other departments including Customer Care, Marketing, Underwriting, and Collections
- Assist Loan Officers in lending matters
