Could this be you?
We are looking for English Speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our Customer Support team.
You will be working for our client, one of the biggest online accommodation providers worldwide.
Duties and responsibilities
• Flexible working hours from Monday to Sunday between 8:00-22:00
• Handling incoming phone calls and emails from the website users
• Mediating between international accommodation partners and guests to resolve issues via
the phone or email
• Advising accommodation partners on the correct set-up of their systems on desktop and
mobile apps
• Navigating different online IT tools, browsers & company databases to provide accurate
information and follow set processes
Requirements:
• Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
• Strong communication and administration skills
• Customer-focused approach
• Attentiveness, positive attitude
• Relevant permit to work in Lithuania
• Computer literacy and good MS Office knowledge
• Experienced in a target-based/KPI driven environment
Nice to have
• Additional Lithuanian, Russian, Latvian, or Ukrainian language skills (verbal and written)
