Better starts and ends with the customer
In this role, you will be part of the Western Union Enterprise Technology Operations Center Team (ETOC), which provides monitoring, 1st and 2nd level application support and Major Incident management services to the organization. You will be acting as an Incident Manager during service restoration and troubleshooting calls, leading the service restoration efforts and reporting to the management on the service health and status. You will also own and drive process and knowledge improvement initiatives, support and contribute to business projects and act as a subject matter expert for technicians.
For this role, you need at least 2 years of experience in IT service operations, competence in IT and technical troubleshooting, good customer service, problem-solving, communication skills. You must be able to work independently, effectively prioritize tasks and handle stressful situations. Fluency in English and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment are desired.

The monthly gross base salary range is 1753 – 2758 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
