Better requires process discipline and simplification

In this position, you will be responsible for managing and defining the policies for our Email platform solutions, including creating and maintaining documentation and providing training to other cyber defense team members. You will work with the IT corporate team to define the best practices and operation of the corporate email platforms. You will be responsible for evaluating and assessing WU email security solutions to ensure they meet/exceed security standards. You will review our existing email controls and ensure proper configuration for DLP controls along with other mail routers (malware/tap). Responsibilities include creating, planning, and executing application and policy upgrades while adhering to established change control processes. Provide technical inputs to management during proof-of-concept reviews for new security products.

For such a detail-driven role, you'll have a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or another related field. You will have 5+ years of experience in the information technology field, including 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting enterprise-level Email systems (e.g. maintenance, configuration, and policy management). You will have experience with configuration, administering, email routing and filtering in Proofpoint. Experience in analysing domain email activity and deploying DMARC authentication as well as experience with enterprise phishing defense concepts and technologies are expected. CEH, GSEC/GCIH/GCIA –GIAC, or CISSP certifications would be a plus.

The monthly gross base salary range is 3555 – 6046 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
