Requirements for candidates
• Solid understanding and experience working with ERP systems
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst/Consultant/Project Management capacity
• Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering
• Good understanding of applications structure (DB, relationships, permissions, API, etc.)
• Fluent in English, good command in Lithuanian would be an add value
• Attention to detail
• Confidentiality
• Solid team player with the ability to work independently
• Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks

Job description
• Ensure timely development and ongoing maintenance of Company-wide ERP system completely
• Assist projects related to Company’s ERP and product support
• Implement ERP process to increase efficiencies
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
• Initiate and lead ERP related projects and provide day to day support, esp. lead the implementation of Odoo ERP System and other IT based systems
• Assess and present solutions through use of ERP systems
• Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
• Support with entering customer and account data from source documentsSupport in generation of system reports
• Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
• Comply with data integrity and security policies
• Support and train users
