Требования к кандидатам

- higher education (marketing, sociology, psychology);
- knowledge of English and Russian (preferably);
- experience in the financial sector;
- a thorough understanding of principles of quantitative/qualitative research;
- experience in implementing of large-scale research projects for various markets, including the involvement of external service providers; experience in conducting global research on the European market;
- experience in conducting focus groups and in-depth interviews;
- high-level knowledge of computer programs: PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, as well as statistical data analysis programs (SPSS);
- ability to: analyze large amounts of information, separate primary information from secondary, find correlation, make conclusions and give recommendations;
- ability to organize work with cross-functional units effectively;
- attention to details, result orientation, initiative, analytical mindset, high communication skills, ability to work independently

 - planning and organization of market research on the European market, including the audit of previously collected data, research results;
- transforming of requesters’ needs and existing business requirements into a detailed brief for own work or research agency;
- organizing and conducting AD-hoc research (qualitative and quantitative) for NovaPay brand both independently and in cooperation with agencies: collection of customer requirements, development and approval of research method, search for sampling options, compiling questionnaires, data array processing analytics, making conclusions, presentation for requesters;
- preparation of recommendations for business according to research results, including the preparation of reports and presentations;
- identification and consolidation of major market trends, monitoring and analysis of products and marketing activities of competitors (assessment of market capacity or perspective segments, calculation of market share), including research support when the company enters new markets: market analysis, consumer research program;
- organization of research work in the department: cooperation with other departments, development of research plan and analytical projects, budgeting of the research program, support of tenders.
