RESPONCIBILITIES
• Order new Mazda, Jaguar, LandRover cars for the Finnish and Baltic markets (customer and warehouse orders);
• Creating and updating vehicle records in the system;
• Regular tracking of ordered cars, communication with manufacturers and carriers in case of problem issues;
• New car warehouse coordination;
• Cooperation with third-party partners on vehicle acceptance and transportation (preparation
of forecasts, solving individual situations);
• Transportation and manufacturing defect related damage, loose item shortage claim processing;
• Provide the necessary information to other departments for inventory planning.
WE EXPECT OUR CANDIDATES TO HAVE
• Experience in vehicle retail sales support or logistics would be an advantage;
• Good English knowledge;
• Base knowledge of accounting standards, inventory procedures;
• Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage;
• Analytical and problemsolving mindset;
• Good communication skills;
• Ability to think outside of the box;
• “Can do” attitude.
