Enterprise Architect

Position Description
We are looking for an Enterprise Architect to be responsible for the overall architectural solutions of customer projects, as well as directing the implementation work in accordance with the architectural guidelines.
The position offers an interesting opportunity to create new operating models in a developing industry, together with our other experts.
It is possible to shape the role according to your experience and skills, so you can be a more experienced architect or an expert just at the beginning of your architectural career, the most important thing is the desire to develop in that role.

The work offers the opportunity to learn something new in Insurance industry where you will be supported by your community team and agile methods and processes.

Our offices are located in Vilnius, Kaunas and Riga, where we hope to meet face to face occasionally, but we are friends with remote & hybrid model as well.

Your future duties and responsibilities
- You get to build key architecture and integration solutions for business in the financial industry together with the client and development teams.
- Your main task is to identify and clarify the customer's business needs into functional overall architecture solutions.
-You work solution-oriented between the customer and the technical implementation team in various development projects.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Understanding and experience of business architectures, business modeling methods, service architectures and integration solutions.
In addition, you have an analytical grasp and are able to visualize broad entities.
You are also happy to share your know-how in our organization and are able to lead architectural work towards common goals.
We see competence in some of the following as a strength (you don't need to know all of them):
• Oracle PLSQL, Rest services, microservices, cloud services
• An active and customer-oriented working approach and a positive attitude
• Fluent cooperation and interaction skills in English (any other foreign languages could be a huge advantage)
• Experience with agile methods (SAFe, SCRUM)
• Knowledge of the insurance and financial industry, but this is not necessary
• Ability to travel
