NORWEGIAN SPEAKING PROCESS SPECIALIST (Loan Establishment team)

Cognizant is an American multinational company providing information technology, consulting, and business process outsourcing services. We are looking for a collaborative, structured and motivated Norwegian speaker to join Loan Establishment team in Vilnius.

• Answering real estate financing related queries while providing the best possible client satisfaction
• Establishing requested banking products in the system and doing a follow-up when needed
• Checking whether all the documentation fits the required standards
• Other services to ensure the best experience for the end client

• Working with banking systems, while issuing requested banking products and administrating changes on them afterward
• Following standard operating procedures while working
• Communicating with different teams and departments located in Lithuania and other countries to solve problems and ensure good client service
• Ensure that identified and/or assigned processes within the individual area of expertise are delivered according to contract
• Identify areas for process improvements and work actively with the team on completing process-related improvement projects
• You can expect to have daily communication between team members, both in Lithuania and Norway, making sure the processes run smoothly

• Good Norwegian language skills (B1 and upper level)
• Financial background or a keen interest to gain one
• Being proactive, energetic, and a team player
• Willingness to work in a multicultural company and communicate with different cultures

• Good communication and collaboration skills
