Requirements:

Master degree in finance and/or accounting.
5+ years professional experience as CFO, Financial director (preferably in a bank or electronic money institution).
Fluent Lithuanian and English is a must, knowledge of Russian would be considered as an advantage.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues and tax planning.
Excellent time- management and organizational skills.
Leadership skills, problem solver mindset.

Main responsibilities:

Providing leadership and management of the finance and accounting team.
Providing strategic recommendations to the members of senior management team.
Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets.
Overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting. Determine finance KPIs.
Ensure compliance with Lithuanian financial requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing compliance and taking actions.
Leading the development and use of best-practice policies and practices to ensure strong financial management.
Oversee financial IT systems, ensuring compliance with all applicable Financial Accounting Standards and other relevant regulations.
