Role Summary:
The Compensation and Benefits Administrator has 3 key responsibilities:
- Being responsible for administration related to Employee Benefits.
- Supporting the team with administration and reports related to Total Compensation.
- Promoting the Wellness Initiative and all associated programmes by creating and administering Wellness support materials and communications.
The ability, motivation, and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with competing and shifting priorities is essential in this position. This position also requires a considerable level of initiative and significant attention to detail.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Benefits:
- Support the new hire process, including registration of benefits and associated administration.
- Administer the termination of benefits and changes to employee details as and when applicable.
- Process monthly invoice reconciliation.
- Act as a point of contact for all internal and external benefit queries and troubleshooting issues across EMEA, including managing the EMEA Benefits Email inbox.
- Support the development of procedural documents and policies.
- Help to update the intranet with regards to Employee Benefits documentation.
- Support the development of Employee Benefits communications.
- Support the development of global benefits programs.
Compensation:
- Support with administration related to the mid-year, annual review & compensation process.
- Serves as a point of contact for all internal and external compensation queries and troubleshooting issues across EMEA.
- Support the development of procedural documents and policies regarding various compensation processes and programmes.
- Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
Wellness:
- Support and develop the companies Wellness Initiative including acting as a Wellness Ambassador.
- Help to update the Intranet with regards to Employee Wellness resources.
- Help to update “Inspire Wellness” Yammer Hub and other Wellness communications with regards to Employee Wellness resources.
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Typically requires a minimum of 2-3 years of related experience and High School diploma/certificate.
- HR experience in various at least 3 European countries would be preferable.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English. German, French, Spanish or Lithuanian language skills would also be a huge benefit.
- Well organized.
- Attention to Detail.
- Good follow up skills.
- A passion, interest, or experience of working within the healthcare industry would be a huge asset.
- A passion and interest in the importance of employee wellbeing is essential.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (as well as full proficiency in all MS Office).
- Experience of SharePoint, OneDrive and Yammer would be highly desirable.
- Experience of Success Factors HCMS system would be an advantage.
- Must be able to use discretion and maintain high levels of confidentiality at all times.

- Monthly base salary for this position is from 2,000 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the role.
