As a Senior Team Leader, you will have direct responsibility for supervising a cohesive and motivated team that is working with the Swedish market in the Everyday Banking Corporate area. Your ongoing focus will be on smooth team management who consists of experienced specialists, a great collaboration with stakeholders, and assurance of the best quality of services to the customers.
We expect you to supervise an effective team with a winning culture while also encouraging your employees to take ownership, create value for customers, partnership with stakeholders and other teams. While being responsible for business targets, you will also have an equally important responsibility for ensuring employees’ high job satisfaction and continuous development.

You will:
- Lead a cohesive and high-performing team to continue to provide the best customer services
- Build & Maintain collaboration with stakeholders
- Motivate and ensure engagement and continuous development of your team members
- Initiate and participate in automation & digitalization projects
- Ensure compliance with the Group`s business procedures
- Focus on risk management
- Encourage innovation and be responsible for continuous improvement agenda
About you:
- At least 2 years of Team leadership experience (preferably from operational or banking background)
- Proven experience in motivating, coaching, and developing your team members
- Structured approach and long-term and short-term planning capabilities
- Great communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Enthusiastic and motivated collaborator with a CAN-DO attitude
- Willing to take ownership, and interested to drive changes
- Upper-Intermediate English language skills
We offer
Monthly salary range from 2920 EUR to 4380 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
