Requirements for candidates


What we’ll look for on your CV:

Higher education degree or relevant job experience; can be a last year student;
Excellent written and spoken command of English language;
High level of IT literacy with strong Microsoft Office skills.

Job description


Answering calls and replying to certain emails on the behalf of the company as well as undertaking other reception duties as greeting guests;
Scheduling and organizing important activities such as meetings, travel, conferences and department activities for members of the wider team;
Help manage documents (service contracts, bills, employee documentation, etc.) and maintain office standards by tracking, ordering, restocking, and coordinating office supplies, equipment, and premises;
Assist with the implementation and compliance of Health & Safety and security measures;
Identify opportunities for improving productivity and efficiency;
Participate in internal communication activities.
