As a Senior Business Analyst, you are responsible for ensuring that Settlement Systems features and stories are planned, managed, and governed in a consistent, transparent, and disciplined manner. In this role, you will be acting as a business partner for Oracle eBusiness Suite and IntelliMatch related changes and provide technical solutions to meet our organizational needs. You will be translating high-level business requirements into functional specifications for specific applications, as well as manage the feature delivery end-to-end. You will also have the opportunity to gather information on work processes and information flows, evaluate current-state processes, and identify areas for improvement within the business support and implementation processes.

We expect you to have:

-Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

-2+ years of project management experience or Scrum Master experience related to business software or system integration projects.

-4+ years of technology experience including requirements management, analysis and design.

-Experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite, IntelliMatch or similar other accounting or reconciliation tools.

-Proficient in data analysis (Excel, SQL) and flowchart software (LucidChart or Visio).

-Good prioritization, negotiation, and communication skills (both written and oral).

-Ability to work independently with light supervision.

-Proficient in at least one Agile project management tool (Jira, Jira Align, or similar).

-Strong mentorship and coaching capabilities.

-Experience working in a business/IT capacity for a company with Financial industry knowledge is a plus.

-Agile certification is a plus (Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or certified SAFe Practitioner (SP))
