Your role:

We’ll be looking for you to play an important role in the process of incoming and outgoing transactions. To be successful in the position, you’ll need to understand and follow company policies that apply to payment processing, compliance, and risk management regulations, and other industry-specific rules, and procedures to support essential responsibilities. As well, make sure activities you are responsible for will be completed within applicable deadlines and quality requirements.

Your daily responsibilities will include coordinating investigation cases of problematic outgoing transactions from business clients and communicating effectively with internal and external banking business partners to solve investigation issues. In addition to that, you will provide consistent, quality service to assist Client Support teams in facilitating customer transactions.

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you should have:

-Bachelor’s degree (or student)

-A strong attention to detail, as well as a sense of initiative and proactivity

-Ability to learn quickly and operate in a high-paced, high volume, dynamic environment, maintain targets and meet tight deadlines

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

-Experience in the financial services industry (Payments, Accounts payable – preferred)

-Fluent in Englis
