Intrum GBS is working on transforming and developing back-office processes for all Intrum countries and now is looking for an inspirational and encouraging Team Manager for Action Network and Written Communication Team to become a member of a dedicated, enthusiastic team, that manages daily operations, shares and develops knowledge, and much more.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead action network and written communication activities executed by the team(s) and their members, focusing on:
  • Support the Action Network team within Global Operational Analytics
  • Implement and support parametrisation activities (segmentation, streams, worklists, decision trees, etc.)
  • Prepare written communication templates for letter, Email and SMS in accordance to global rules and satisfying local regulatory requirements
  • Reflect additional Scale functionalities in the templates (e.g. barcode)
  • Ensure WFM for the team, providing input to GFO - Workforce Management Lead
  • Communicate and develop relationships with key stakeholders
  • Drive continuous process efficiency improvements
  • Identify, monitor and manage risks
  • Execute workforce management tasks (e.g. resource planning)
  • Ensure policies are kept relevant and communicated effectively to all relevant markets
  • Promote, adhere and maintain information security measures in line with Group policy

About you:

  • Good English knowledge (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge about collection business and its key processes
  • Experience with parametrization activities
  • Strong organizational, leadership and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills while managing the team
  • Proven stakeholder management experience
  • Good understanding of the systems and data management
  • Prioritizing, coordination of the tasks and problem solving skills to meet performance targets
  • Risk management and effective decision making skills
  • Ability to deliver necessary results on time and under requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office package

Salary range:

From 3100 Eur gross/month. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
