We are looking for an experienced person to fill the position of Global Business Continuity Officer, in order to support Business Continuity activities in the APAC, as well as EMEA regions, through the development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the ISO 22301 certified Business Continuity Management System (BCMS), in collaboration with Regional Business Continuity Managers.

Main responsibilities and tasks are to support and assist the regional BC Managers on the:

- Identification of all BC interested parties’ requirements including legal, regulatory, Customers and any other requirements to be considered in the BCMS;

- Maintenance of employees and BC data into the BCMS systems in collaboration with IT department and Local BC Managers;

- Development of training schedules and periodic updates of BCP-DRP e-learning modules in collaboration with The HR Academy;

- Preparation and coordination of BCP-DRP exercises;

- Management of significant business disruptions and/or crisis events by being available and participating in emergency or crisis conference calls;

- Tracking of BCMS projects and program deliverables to ensure timely completion along with adherence to BCMS KPIs.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree;

- Fluency in English (both written and spoken);

- Minimum 2 years of working experience in business continuity and/or disaster recovery management;

- Business Continuity and/or Project Management (CAPM or PMP) certified or willingness to obtain certification within 12 months. ITIL certification is considered as a plus;

- Good knowledge/experience on ISO 22301 standard and BCMS systems (e.g. Continuity 2, Fusion, …);

- Proficiency in all Microsoft office tools;

- Solid communication and organisation skills with ability to present the technical BC concepts clearly to any audience;

- Team working and collaboration spirit;

- Passion for excellence.
