Can you lead a team of eager analytical minds through the exciting jungle of Markets Monitoring? This is an amazing opportunity to join the AML Markets Monitoring Team in one of the fastest-growing sectors in the Lithuanian labour market as we are expanding and looking for new colleagues to empower Danske Bank become a more professional, compliant and trusted business partner.
We are looking for a collaborative and result-oriented professional to become a Team Leader for an existing and still growing team o in the Markets Monitoring area.
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the team in their daily work. While being responsible for the quality, delivery and other performance targets, you will also have an equally important responsibility for ensuring staff’s high job satisfaction, motivation and continuous development. You will work with high complexity and comprehensive tasks.
As a leader, you should be an active team player, quick at finding solutions, and ready to collaborate. Your ongoing focus would be on ensuring a high quality of services and constant process improvement. What is more, you will also be a part of a great manager’s team, which will enable you to grow and seek both personally and professionally.
You will:
- Distributing workload for a team, while creating an environment oriented to trust and open communication
- Leading, motivating and ensuring engagement, talent growth, and development of the team
- Creating and improving new services and processes while effectively leading your team through continuous change
- Ensuring professional and effective processing of administrative/back-office tasks
- Understanding, optimizing and improving processes with a focus on efficiency
- Ensuring a high level of quality of services provided by your team
- Communicating regularly with stakeholders of all seniority levels within the bank ensuring compliance according to the Group`s business procedures
About you:
- 1+ years experience in leadership and people management area – for instance from service operations, authorities, economy, finance or banking fields
- Understanding of AML, Financial markets and/ or operational work
- Developed time planning and organizational skills
- Quality and efficiency orientation
- Advanced English language skills
- Proven stakeholder management skills
- Financial or economics education would be considered a pros
- Strong analytical, leadership and process ownership skills
We offer
Monthly salary range from 2240 EUR to 3360 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
