In this role, you will be working closely with assigned C-level executives and their global leadership teams to deliver strategic HR support. You will be part of a relatively small, but rapidly growing HR team. You will inform and ensure alignment, integration, and support of Business Strategy. You will also adapt and ensure the successful delivery of the Human Capital Strategy for the Senior Leaders’ Portfolio. We need you to act as a trusted Advisor and coach for Senior Leaders, at times in a Business Consulting capacity. You will be responsible for executing global executive talent processes such as Succession Planning, Talent Reviews, etc. We need you to deliver Organization Effectiveness through thought leadership and consulting, as well as Workforce analysis and planning. You will work with experts on program design and delivery. You need to give input to the development of procedures for the assigned56 departments and communicate function policies and procedures.

For this role, you will need deep experience of Strategic HR Business Partnering in a large, complex matrix organization. You will be able to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders in the business, including coaching and mentoring on strategic HR-related topics. You will have experience driving major change in an organization. International experience or experience of working in a FinTech would be an advantage. You might have studied HR or Business-related topics at university or equivalent. Previous experience of lean and agile working methodologies is also desirable.
