We hope that you are ready to:

Perform site selection analysis and advise manufacturing companies on best possible location for establishing in Lithuania
Consult and navigate investors through various territorial, land planning, construction, infrastructure and special land use procedures
Gain an in-depth understanding of greenfield’s project implementation process, generate insights and solutions to answer relevant questions necessary to implement greenfield projects
Attend and support investors in various meetings with partners, central and local government institutions, and any other organizations to ensure smooth and timely implementation of their projects
Assist investors in familiarizing them with local requirements or in helping to overcome difficulties as they arise
Coordinate initiatives for advancing special economic zones and industrial parks in Lithuania
Participate in creating plans for investment climate improvement in fostering greenfield investments in Lithuania

Requirements:

YYou hold a university degree in Business, Economics, International Relations, Management, Law, etc.
You have at least 3 years of proven experience in managing projects and/or business consultancy
Experience in the field of infrastructure, real estate, construction or other related fields would be an advantage
You can demonstrate outstanding analytical and problem solving skills
You are fluent in Lithuanian and English
You are communicative, proactive person with a can-do attitude
