- Achieve annual growth, revenue and profit targets of the business.
 - Develop and implement the sales strategy for the separate business or product lines.
 - Monitor and track industry developments and trends developing existing business and exploring new opportunities.
 - Organize and lead various business development projects.
 - Manage daily the performance of sales activities.
 - Coordinate marketing activities.
 - Manage business relationship with clients and partners in a highly proactive and commercial way with the objective of delivering growth in both sales and profit.
 - Lead and develop the sales team setting targets and objectives.
 - Be the main partner for product development team, defining business needs when developing products and specifying their properties. 
 
Requirements
- Type of personality possessing strategic thinking and able to focus on details and manage daily operations.
 - Profound managerial experience in business development and sales in financial services industry.
 - Experience in the full spectrum of team management, hiring, onboarding, enabling, coaching, mentoring, etc.
 - Excellent understanding of managing a sales pipeline.
 - Evidence of ability to adapt to a fast changing environment, and distributed teams.
 - Excellent command of English
