You will be directly responsible for supervising one of the teams in the Payments operations area as a Team Leader. You will be in charge of directing the team’s daily activities. Along with being accountable for the quality, delivery, and other performance goals, you will also be held equally accountable for the continued growth and high levels of work satisfaction of your team.

As a leader, you should be committed to the professional growth of your team members, fast to address issues, and open to working together. Additionally, you will be a member of a fantastic management team, which will allow you to advance both personally and professionally.

You will:

  • Inspire the team to work toward successful ongoing progress, and customer focus and ensure their engagement
  • Coordinate and distribute team workload
  • Ensure professional and effective processing of administrative/back-office tasks
  • Support team to understand, optimize and improve processes with a focus on efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with the Group`s business procedures and market regulations
  • Focus on risk management

About you:

  • Previous leadership experience (banking or finance-related sector or operations)
  • Proven stakeholders management experience
  • Time planning, work organizational skills
  • Proper decision-making in a fast-changing environment, ability to adapt to changes
  • Customer-centric approach and motivation to deliver high-quality service
  • Ability to motivate employees and ensure high engagement
  • Upper-Intermediate English language skills

We offer

Monthly salary range from 2240 EUR to 3360 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
