My name is Rytis Staneika, and I am proudly heading Architecture & Delivery management unit within Telia IT. The Architecture & Delivery management is focusing on Architecture and Delivery manager Services consolidation across the countries while keeping evolving and maintaining quality across our installed base. Strong engagement with our business stakeholders and partners will be key to secure best in class performances. Right now, I am looking for Delivery Manager who would be a part of team responsible for all Jira's and Confluence's in Telia Company.

Your next challenge?

As Delivery Manager you would be responsible to deliver expected results according to the stakeholders' requirements, applying technology governance and vision.

Furthermore:

  • Maintaining Agile way of working, ensuring that scrum and SAFe principles are followed and introducing improvements

  • Coaching the team and challenge unclarities

  • Work closely with the business side in order to create understanding for the requirements

  • Facilitate meetings, internal communication, and effective collaboration

  • Refine the team's backlog and report status to stakeholders

  • Monitoring team deliveries through JIRA/Confluence

Who are you?

Your experience and skills:

  • 2+ years of experience as Scrum Master, RTE, Delivery manager or similar roles

  • Advanced Jira & Confluence user

  • Jira & Confluence administration experience would be an advantage

  • Good understanding of IT Technologies (functional and architectural structure of IT Systems)

  • SAFe knowledge would be an advantage

  • Excellent English skills both written and spoken

  • Have ability to manage complex environments and proactively respond to issues in an innovative yet structure approach and integrity

We offer a monthly base salary 2 986 Eur (gross) to 4 479 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses, depending on your competencies, your and Telia results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
