In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

    • Lead business initiatives and IT projects in digital banking area – internet bank, mobile app, generic functionalities such as login, signing services, authentication means, notification services, privacy, accessibility etc.;
    • Run local launches of digital development projects and initiatives, including creation of new and changes in existing business processes, responsibility on internal documentation and regulations, internal and external user information, business and user testing, quality assurance, feedback gathering and administration of bug fixing;
    • Partner with business area representatives, IT teams and other stakeholders on intake of new project, understand business strategies and needs, run business analysis, provide recommendations, and combine business requirements;
    • Ensure administrative processes of digital initiatives and projects such as risk reviews and assessments, stakeholder management, procurement, vendor relationship and contract management in case of need, audit handling, and security related processes;
    • Register and describe tasks for developers (depends on a project), run business logic and acceptance tests, handle and resolve issues;
    • Ensure digital best practices are being bet across managed projects, stay abreast of industry trends and developments, educate internal counterparties on any that may impact financial digital services, follow continuous legal environment changes and compliance of operations.
    What is needed in this role:
    • Knowledge and understanding of financial, payment or related area digital solutions;
    • Familiarity with technology platforms, web technologies, web applications, mobile apps;
    • Basic legal area knowledge (PSD2, eIDAS, Outsourcing, GDPR, Accessibility etc.) or capability to work with EU and local level legal acts;
    • Experience in project management or in continuous process improvements;
    • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or relevant field; experience may be considered in lieu of a degree;
    • Strategic thinking with solid analytical and problem-solving skills;
    • Ability to work in a dynamic environment – fast-changing technologies, active multi-tasking, multi-cultural teams;
    • Strong collaboration, communication, presentation, and analytical skills;
    • Professional excellence orientation and high focus on user and service quality;
    • Fluent English and any of Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, written and spoken.
