Job description

Be THE HR for the department/team which is assigned to you.
Work together with the rest of PVcase HR team to deliver strategic HR goals.
Drive the improvement, adjustment and update of current HR processes and policies: motivation system, onboarding process, salary system, performance management, etc.
Provide coaching and guidance to PVcaser employees on internal people processes and management practices.
Be a trusted advisor for resolving sensitive employee relationship issues according to the Labor Code of Lithuania.
Contribute to different HR projects globally and represent HR in cross-functional change projects.
Be fast to identify issues that may impact employee engagement and motivation and proactively support leadership in finding and implementing solutions.
Coach and guide leaders on different aspects of people management including talent management and non-performance, using data and insights.
Define, design and recruit business-critical people.

Requirements

5+ years’ experience as an HR professional in an international environment of SaaS and/or engineering with full employee lifecycle management.
BA degree in human resources, engineering, business or related discipline.
Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian Labor Law.
Proficiency in English language both written & verbal are an absolute must.
Strong HR skillset: problem solving, flexibility, ownership mindset, experience in team development and change management.
Experience of working with different markets in Europe or overseas would be an advantage.
Ability to deliver results with little supervision and effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects.
Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
