What You Will Do:

Develop and implement learning strategy based on current employee needs & required future competencies;
Collaborate with managers, HR business partners and other stakeholders to create training programmes that are aligned with the organizational goals;
Collect individual and organizational development needs, help defining required future skills & competencies;
Organize & facilitate learning courses, workshops and other trainings;
Monitor the success of learning solutions and help employees make the most of learning opportunities;
Oversee budgets and negotiate contracts;
Ensure timely & convenient communication about the learning opportunities and tools.

What We Expect:

Experience of working as L&D Manager, Training Manager, HR or other relevant position;
Significant experience with effective learning and development methods and practises;
Experience as training facilitator or trainer;
Good knowledge of training providers within the market;
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a good ability to build relations with employees and vendors;
Ability to navigate in a growing and complex organization;
Aptitude for critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision making;
Hunger for knowledge;
Savage sense of humor.
