We’ll be looking for you to play an important role in processing incoming transactions. To be successful in the position, you’ll need to understand and follow company policies that apply to payment processing, compliance, and risk management regulations, other industry-specific rules, and procedures to support essential responsibilities. As well, make sure activities you are responsible for will be completed within applicable deadlines and quality requirements. You will need to provide consistent, quality service by working closely with Client Support and Sales teams in facilitating customer transactions.

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you should have:

-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (or student) preferred

-Related work experience preferred

-Spoken, written, and listening skills in English

-Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

-A strong attention to detail, as well as a sense of initiative and proactivity

-Ability to learn quickly and operate in a high-paced, high volume, dynamic environment, maintain targets and meet tight deadlines

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
