Job description

Take part in planning and developing media outreach programs (primarily on YouTube)
Set goals, targets and identify areas for improvement
Coordinate and oversee multiple teams of contractors
Prepare and monitor budgets, negotiate contracts
Monitor adherence to the planned targets and deadlines
Analyze the outputs and outcomes of programs, prepare recommendations
Prepare narrative reports
Propose new ideas and prepare concept proposals for our partners

Required qualifications and qualities

Required:

At lest 1 year of project management or team leading experience
Strong cross-culture communication and sensitivity skills
Proven ability to work autonomously
Strong writing skills (concept proposals, reports, etc.)
Financial literacy (ability to read and understand budgets, plan finances)
Good command of English and Russian languages

Desired:

Experience working with YouTube or media projects professionally a plus
Experience working at international NGOs (international development or media sectors)
Understanding or interest in the Eastern European (Belarus, Russia, Ukraine) politics and social/cultural context

We offer

Starting salary range from 1300 EUR to 1500 EUR after taxes
