• Work in a team environment on TMS related projects including new implementations, enhancements, integrations, support and other special projects;
• Cooperation and follow-up of our system providers;
• Monitor data flow and analyze, resolve or direct any required technical bug fixes;
• Provide on-going training to internal users ;
• EDI/Interface – Ability to read and understand technical exchange files;
• Actively seek new and improved solutions;
• Meet with business leaders, decision makers and end users to define business requirements and system goals.

• IT background/education and preferably with logistics background/education;
• Basic knowledge within EDI/Interface and communication between systems;
• Knowledge about applications, projects, documentation, support, requirements specification, system agreements would be considered an advantage;
• Knowledge about Transport management systems and international transport would be.
