NOMAD LAW is digital era legal and tax service provider focused on clients engaged in e-commerce business. We serve clients from worldwide by helping them to shape, implement and supervise tailor made legal structure for their digital international business. Our clients are digital nomads, startup companies, and corporations engaged in drop shipping, marketing, e-gaming, blockchain industry and many more. Our aim is to advice the clients on best legal structure, considering regulatory environment, tax effectiveness, access to desired banking facilities, compliance with all applicable legislations and requirements. Most of our clients are from Europe (Spain, Germany, France, Lithuania), middle east (United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia) and the United States of America.

We have offices in United Arab Emirates and Vilnius. Our team consists of legal and tax professionals who mainly gained experience in big 4 companies, tier 1 legal firms and corporate service providers and now are focused on new and growing legal, tax and advisory area.

Job description

To assist in different range of projects, for example: (i) to collect and summarize necessary information about the business case, (ii) to find required external information, (iii) to visit authorities by bringing or collecting documents, (iv) to participate in different advisory and corporate projects, etc.

Requirements

Ideal candidate should have:

- Be student of law, economics, finance or other relevant areas;
- Be fluent in English.
