About the role and team:

In this role you will be representing the client – overseeing the whole project process after launching the satellite, reacting to occurring problems and setting priorities to internal NanoAvionics teams. You will be the direct point of contact to the client, preparing weekly reports and status updates on the mission.

As Customer Mission Success Manager, you will:

  • Leading Weekly in-orbit Status Updates meetings
  • Keeping timelines for projects updated frequently
  • Supporting Mission Assurance Engineers
  • Handling critical situations and client escalations
  • Gathering information from other departments if needed
  • Representing customer: making sure mission goes according to requirements, customer is notified on mission progress and customer is happy with mission results (gathering feedback, pulse checks)
  • Creating action plans with timelines and tracking the progress of the plan set
  • Providing official period reports for Customer on the mission progress
  • Support of Customer regarding any question related to mission
  • Participating in most meetings with clients

We expect you to:

  • Have good customer support experience
  • Keep calm and control difficult situations
  • Have project management experience with multiple projects
  • Have work experience on actions plans and timelines
  • Be familiar with official reports preparation

  • Basic programming knowledge
