• Participation in the whole cycle of the technology consulting assignments: from the development of the proposal to the delivery of the results;
• Analysis of the current situation in client‘s IT systems, assessment of existing gaps, diagnosis of IT system problems, risks, inefficiencies, and weaknesses;
• Understanding of client's business needs;
• Advising on technology best practices;
• Preparation of the recommendations, roadmaps, strategies etc.;
• Training of client’s staff to use the new IT systems/solutions;
• Cooperation with experienced team in implementing technology consulting projects in different parts of the world, both remotely and on the field.

• University degree - preferably in IT, mathematics or business administration;
• Good understanding of IT services and business governance and management processes;
• Knowledge of ICT infrastructure, IS development technologies, emerging ICT technologies ;
• 5+ years of project implementation experience;
• Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization, presentation and time management skills;
• Fluent communication in English;
• Experience working with the public sector in Lithuania and/or multi-cultural teams would be an advantage;
• Previous experience in IT audit domain and/or CISA, ITIL, TOGAF, CISSP certifications would be an advantage.
