What we expect

  • 2+ years in client-oriented positions (BizDev/Sales preferably). 
  • English written and speaking skills - Advanced level.
  • Ability to demonstrate work performance according to the current KPIs (lead conversion ratio, average deal sum) with case studies.
  • Presentation skills
  • Ability to handle complex negotiations, ability to reach consensus via non-price techniques.
  • Written business communication skills.
  • Personal face-to-face negotiation skills, as well as via phone.

What you will do

  • Business development (sales) to new Wialon partners in the specified regions: negotiations with potential customers, their needs identification, presentation of company products via email, phone, personal meetings, demo-presentations with a further conversion into existing partners;
  • Working with existing partners (accounting) after probation period: building relationships, helping partners to develop their business with Wialon. Negotiations via phone, e-mail, and in-person meetings;
  • Constant maintenance of clients' database by using our CRM;
  • Participation in expos with/ without the company booth in the specified region; business trips;
  • Regular reports to the Team Lead;
  • Assistance to the Team Lead senior colleagues upon request.
