Main job responsibilities

Management focus:

  • Optimization of the Director's work calendar and e-mail correspondence;
  • Organization of business trips;
  • Filling expense reports for Director and Partner level employees;
  • Communication focus: Cooperation with partners and clients on matters of concern, solving problems;  

Organisational and development focus:

  • Managing and assisting with a number of administrative and business processes, including:
    • Keeping track of employee hours (vacation days, sick leaves, absences, timesheets submission etc);
    • Organisation of company documentation, letters, contracts, etc.;  
    • Assisting in billing process;
    • Organization of smooth office activities, IT equipment and other supplies;
  • Assisting in the build-up/ improvement of organisation wide processes (e.g. billing, expense management, knowledge / information management and similar);

Team focus:

  • Organization, coordination of meetings and company events;
  • Keeping track of external events, team’s birthdays, etc.
  • Management and execution of ad-hoc administrative requests from the team.

Who are you?

  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian (verbal and written);
  • Previous experience in a similar position would be an advantage.
