About the role and team:
In this role you will be working together with Scrum Master and Development team. As product Owner you will be the central point of product leadership: creating product roadmap, gathering project requirements and other needed information, forming tasks, and setting priorities to internal teams, ensuring overall success of the developed solution.
As Product Owner you will:
- Create a vision of the product, high-level features, and the product roadmap, taking into account R&D and satellite project requirements. Coordinate plan with development and project management teams.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as well as the Scrum Team, ensuring that all stakeholders are on the same page, and share a common product vision.
- Plan the portfolio – together with internal stakeholders ensure that product prioritization is correct, determine the start and end date of the product development.
- Define the scope for a release and ensure that the team has a clear vision of sprint goals and overall objectives that needs to be achieved. Ensure overall success of the solution that the scrum team develops.
- Groom product backlog – refine, estimate, and prioritize the product backlog items.
- Cross check project requirements or other information from system engineering and planned features roadmap.
- Define and verify acceptance criteria.
- Manage economics and ensure sufficient return of investment.
We expect you to:
- Have at least 2 years of previous experience working as Product Owner
- Have a good knowledge in IT sector
- Have good understanding of how development teams’ function
- Be familiar with Agile methodology
- Be proactive, communicative, open for challenges
