About the Company

Elecnor is one of international giants, which specialize in executing transmission, concession
and infrastructure projects all over the world.
Elecnor’s branch in Lithuania, together with its JV partner Inabensa, is developing one of the
strategic projects of the national state-owned company LTG Infra for the coming years, the
electrification of the railway section Vilnius-Klaipeda, valued at more than 380 million euros. This
is one of the main axes for the movement of goods in the Baltic countries and a key strategic
objective for the development of the railway sector in Lithuania. We are looking for professionals
to join us and become a part of this significant long-term journey.

In this role you will work as a team member in close cooperation with the administration
manager and accounting and tax advisors.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Management of hiring process (recruiting, interviews…)
  • Closing negotiations and contracts with potential candidates
  • Control of processes (HR needs, organization chart…)
  • Payroll: communication with local advisors regarding payrolls and monthly review of them
    (allowances, sick leaves, holidays, income tax and social security calculations…)
  • Implementation of timesheet control software for site employees (tailor-made software GAO)
  • Implementation of HR company policies: retribution policy, rules of labour procedures, equality policy, data protection…
  • Reports to the parent company regarding personnel figures
  • Keeping contact with the company’s labour counsel
  • Management of employee’s insurances and other company’s benefits
  • Mentoring the HR team

Main requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in HR
  • Excellent understanding of HR policies and procedures
  • Strong knowledge of labour law and employment equity regulations
  • Native Lithuanian speaker. B2-C1 level of English. Valuable knowledge of Spanish language
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide
    range of people from diverse backgrounds
  • Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficient at using HR and recruitment systems and platforms
  • Excellent computer literacy with strong capability in MS Office
  • Proactivity and good problem-solving skills
