To strengthen Global HR team, we are looking for a colleague to perform various tasks related to full-cycle recruitment and participate in other Global HR projects and activities. Seize this unique opportunity to take an active part in growing together with the rapidly developing organization.

What you will be doing:

  • Perform of a variety of day-to-day HR and administrative tasks
  • Manage tasks in Workday system for local employees
  • Process employee requests and provide relevant information
  • Coordinate the onboarding/exit processes and organizational changes
  • Update and publish organizational news at the internal communication channels
  • Keep track of archives and other HR-related documents

What you bring:

  • Very good knowledge of English language, both written and spoken
  • Prior administrative experience with HR administrative tasks would be an advantage (e.g. Workday system)
  • Outstanding attention to details and analytical mindset
  • Ability to meet deadlines, good organizational skills
  • High sense of service level and collaboration approach

Salary range:

From 1500-2000+ gross The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
