Today we are about 20 employees in the Baltic region. We are part of a Nordic and Baltic (NoBa) organisation with around 80 people, belonging to the cluster.

Purpose of the position: Build and maintain strong professional relationship in Lithuania with health care professionals, medical groups / practices, hospitals / academic medical centres, and office staff, involved in the care of patients by providing approved disease and products information in order to meet or exceed assigned sales goals in respect with Ipsen’s and country’s Ethics & Compliance rules.

Main responsibilities and tasks:
• Accountable for the development and successful management of an annual brand budget
• Develop and execute annual brand operational plans as per schedule
• Develop, adapt and execute all patient education and promotional materials and programs promo materials
• Develop strong and long-term relationships with customers and KOLs in all assigned accounts and collaborate with cross functional stakeholders
• Partner with medical to execute a strategically aligned medical plan and activities
• Coordinate congress/conferences planning and execution, including booth development, KOL engagements, and promotional opportunities
• Organize and participate in seminars, round tables, group meetings aimed for brand promotion
• Undertake accurately and timely reporting activities including: detailing call records, sales analysis; customer, promotion and competitor feedback and regulatory requirements.

Candidate requirements:
• Minimum 3 years demonstrated success in the Pharmaceutical industry environment, knowledge of Oncology area is preferred
• Proven track record of working with Pharmaceutical specialised products
• Minimum of MBA degree in business, science or similar degree, or nursing registration
• High level of verbal and written English
• Proficient in the following applications: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
• Demonstrated strong capability in account management, superior selling competencies and proven sales performance track record
• Demonstrated skills at building and maintaining professional relationships with key customers, office staff and others in the customer influence network
• Valid driver’s license
