Coordinate signature and termination process of the contracts.
Manage spreadsheets/documents to track various information (e.g. status of the contract).
Send updates/reminders to the clients (e.g. if the contract is not signed yet).
Manage the contract archiving process.
Support migration process of the contracts to Salesforce platform.
Support automatisation process of contracts management.
Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met.
Maintain an organised contract management system.

At least 1 year of experience in a contract coordinator, assistant, administrative or similar role. Experience in any role directly related to contract management would be an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree (could be a last year student). Degree in Law would be an advantage.
Great knowledge of MS Office.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce or any similar system would be an advantage.
Fluency in English and Lithuanian languages (both written and verbal).

Keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, sense of ownership.
