Here are some responsibilities you will have:

  • Providing day-to-day HR operational support to Western Union employees within the EMEA region (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa);

  • Assisting with the full employee cycle, including, but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, time tracking, absences and payroll;

  • Being the first point of contact for our employees and handling general questions on company policies and procedures which requires close collaboration with other HR functions;

  • Evaluating our existing processes and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement as well as assisting with developing HR policies and procedures.

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:

  • Solid English and Lithuanian language skills (written and verbal), preferably French language knowledge;

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills;

  • Eye for detail and proficiency in MS Office programs;

  • Previous experience in HR, project management or business process design and mapping gained in an international organization would be a great advantage.

The monthly gross base salary range is 1331 – 2095 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
