What you will be doing as a Finance Controller:

• Secure regular Operational and Management Reporting, including monthly forecasts.
• Lead financial budgeting and forecasting process, as well as continuously develop the process and tools.
• Drive the results and KPI's follow-up process to ensure we focus on delivering the business plan.
• Closely collaborate with Market Business Navigator.
• Lead and contribute to the improvement initiatives within the finance area.
• Maintain and continuously improve the financial control framework in the market.
• Maintain and continuously improve the reporting to the business.

• University degree in finance, accounting, finance or business administration.
• 2+ years of experience in financial industry in Finance controller or Finance analytics positions.
• Proficiency in planning, forecasting, and budget development and ability to present result.
• Advanced MS Excel user.
• Knowledge about data and finance analysis concepts, methods, BI tools.
• Accuracy, attention to details, tech savvy.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent written and spoken knowledge of English and Lithuanian.
