What do you need to succeed in this role:
- English at a proficient level is a must
- Experience with KYC corporate client onboarding
- Excellent communication skills
What you'll have to do:
- Be responsible for overall business relationships with retail clients
- Enable and support retail and business client onboarding
- Analyse and resolve various issues reported by clients by interacting with the AML compliance team
- Be responsible for delivering KPIs related to customer volume, response rates, and quality
- Ensure client retention
