counseling of employees and members of the management with regard to various business issues on corporate law, law on obligations, contract law, employment law, and other related commercial law matters;
drafting and revision of various documentation and contracts (sale and purchase, contracts for services, lease contracts, etc.), corporate documents (minutes of the meetings, resolutions, AoA, regulations, etc.);
solution of legal issues related to insolvency, trade, lease, and other commercial matters;
representation in state authorities, negotiations, and disputes, drafting of procedural documentation;
consultancy with regard to public procurement (tender documentation, proposals, claims, etc.);
revision and drafting of compliance documentation and internal procedures, legal advice on regulatory matters.

university degree in law;
4+ years of professional legal experience preferably in civil and in commercial law;
fluent English, Russian language working proficiency would be an advantage;
good computer skills is a must, full proficiency of MS Word;
ability to work both individually and in a team environment with orientation to the result;
great attention to details also being able to see the big picture of the issue;
flexible in organising work, proactive, able to find creative solutions and satisfy internal clients’ needs;
excellent communication skills.
