Senior Project Manager

I am Aurimas Butkus and I am leading the Project Management Office at Telia Lietuva. We are here to reinvent better connected living. Now we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team and - to see project management from another perspective and bring it to the next level.

Your next challenge?

• Manage strategic initiatives and become a strong partner for our business
• Solve complex problems by taking a new perspective on existing solutions and wisely use available information to build consensus
• Establish governance and communication between local and global stakeholders
• Effectively manage investments and roadmaps, bringing the best value for our customers and business
• Work independently, act as a mentor for colleagues and take leadership in professional knowledge sharing activities
• And do it all in a large, complex, matrix organizational structure

Who are you?

You are an experienced project/program manager with excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and English languages who enjoys working in an ambiguous environment. Also, you are open to different views, backgrounds and personalities.

Your experience and personality:

• Have the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels and organize work in situations with lots of ambiguities
• You have strong time management and organizational skills
• You can hammer out tough agreements, settle disputes equitably, find common ground and get cooperation
• You always have more than plan A, can easily see alternatives and switch between
• Have 5+ years successful working experience in IT and/or telecommunications area, managing high complexity initiatives
• You have certification proven professional qualification

We offer a monthly base salary from 3300 Eur (gross) to 5000 Eur (gross) depending on your experience. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefit package which includes:
