Junior Valuer for the Valuation & Advisory team - Commercial Real Estate sector.

We are seeking to find a self-motivated colleague to help us grow the valuation service line in Lithuania. Experience in commercial real estate valuation, research and analysis will be treated as a definite advantage. Essential skills and abilities:

• Analytical mindset and attention to detail;
• Writing and communicating skills in Lithuanian and English;
• Professional background in real estate or financial field;
• Computer literacy, especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
• Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently to meet deadlines;
• Ambition to grow and a strong work ethic;
• Valuation assistant qualification will be considered as advantage;

• Support daily valuation work activities, including market analysis, financial modelling and reporting;
• Collect, analyse and maintain market information according to company guidelines;
• Facilitate the growth of the company and establish long-term relationships in the industry;
• Support the internal research and transactions departments by compiling market summaries, drafting presentations and similar.
