• Successfully managing busy and ever evolving calendars and proactively managing when schedules change;
• Managing schedule of meetings and travels often at short notice;
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with key client contacts;
• Travel booking and cooperation with our travel company to co-ordinate sophisticated travel itineraries; 
• Administering travel documentation;
• Relationship management;
• Providing logistical and technical support for all meetings, conferences and workshops, using PowerPoint, Word, Excel and online research;
• Processing time and expense submissions.

In addition to the above core Manager Assistant role activities, you will have the opportunity to support your peers and colleagues in the following activities: 

• Providing support and cover for Office Managers and HR;
• Involvement in internal office-wide projects;
• Any other duties which are compatible with the main role objective;
